Pumpkin Smoothie


Delicious, sweet, super healthy and loaded with protein this is a great smoothie for the holidays or any time of year that kids and adults will love.

1 frozen banana
2/3 cup pumpkin (fresh is best but canned organic pumpkin also works great)
1/2 cup almond or cashew milk
1/2 cup organic Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon organic maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Several ice cubes

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into glass and sprinkle a small amount of nutmeg or cinnamon on top.
