Delicious, refreshing and light, this smoothie will give you a boost of energy and an abundance of nutrients to fuel your morning or afternoon.

1 ripe persimmon
1/2 green apple
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop vegan protein powder
1 cup almond milk
1/2 spring water or coconut water
Several ice cubes

Blend until smooth.
