Carrots and Greens Smoothie


Smoothies  

A perfect meal for lunch or dinner when you want something healthy and filling but don’t feel like cooking.

1 scoop 40+ vegan protein powder
1 carrot
1/4 sweet potato (cooked and cooled)
1 pear
1/2 frozen banana
Large handful of mixed greens (choose your favorites)
1/4 avocado
Blend with ½ cup almond milk and ½ cup coconut water
Add several ice cubes

Tastes awesome and its awesome for your body. Like, totally awesome!
